Shaun Pearce - Managing Director Shaun founded Pearce Hire back in 1986 and has seen the company through thick and thin to where we are today, as one of the UKs leading technical production specialists. Prior to this he spent several years working as an electrician, whilst starting out in lighting & sound in his spare time. He still maintains a hands on approach to running the business, and also project manages for several of our clients.
John Huson - Project Manager Having been interested in Lighting from a very early age John has amassed over 15 years experience in live events, starting off in theatre before moving onto corporate events & good old rock n roll! Whilst John's specialism is Lighting he has skills which span all services that Pearce Hire supply.
Dan Shelton - Project Manager After a degree in software engineering and a spell at a leading console manufacturer, Dan has worked extensively in the industry as a freelance lighting engineer. He joined the company in 2006. Dan is mainly a lighting specialist but also has a large amount of experience with power distribution so can also be found on power as well as lighting projects.
Richard Oxley - Project Manager An experienced audio engineer with 16 years experience in the industry, Richard decided to move from touring to join the comfortable surroundings of Pearce Hire in 2005. His specific responsibilities are towards the day to day running of the audio department, but due to his large amount of experience he has skills in all areas of our company.
Jim Brown - Hire Manager
Jim joined Pearce Hire in late 2010 after year's of touring as a freelance audio engineer. He is be responsible for dealing with the requirements of our dry hire customer base, and manages Pearce Hire's continually expanding inventory, ensuring optimum service levels through efficient stock control and ongoing maintenance and testing.
Daniel Stratton - Company Electrician
After initially joining Pearce Hire as a trainee apprentice electrician, Dan is now seen on many of our power distribution projects as well as the majority of our installations.
Nathan Hall - Warehouse Supervisor
The longest standing member of the team after joining the company in its infancy after working at the local theatre. Nathans responsibilities are towards the day to day preparation and maintainence of equipment.
Kirston Murray - Administration/Accounts
Kirston has been with Pearce Hire since 2006 years, originally employed as an administrator and now taking over the role of accounts for the company.
